RECOMMENDATIONS
The outcome of the debates held during each edition of the European Congress of Small and Medium – Sized Enterprises comes in the form of Recommendations made by the participants of the discussion. This set of guidelines becomes remarkably useful in the process of forming better development conditions for the economy's biggest sector and the elimination of barriers preventing SME from entering foreign markets. Those annual Recommendations are then sent to the representatives of the European Commission, the European Parliament, the Polish Parliament, the Polish government, the local government, the scientific community, the economic self-government and entrepreneurs.
