Congress venues

• Where will specific events take place?

Events within the Congress will be held in:

• • Krystyna Bochenek Culture Centre in Katowice, Katowice, Sejmu Śląskiego SQ. 2 (See on the map),
    
    
  • Conference Centre (Faculty of Theology of the University of Silesia, Katowice, Jordana ST. 18) (See on the map),

 

except for the following events: 

 

• • The VI Silesian Investment, Construction and Real Estate Forum (September 24-25), an event accompanying the Congress, will take place in Katowice School of Technology, Rolna ST. 43 (See on the map),
    
    
  • The BIZNES EXPO Fair (September 23-24), will take place at the Conference Centre (Faculty of Theology of the University of Silesia, Katowice, Jordana ST. 18) (See on the map),
    
    
  • START - YOUR BUSINESS - UP event will take place at the Business Link Katowice in Katowice New Business Center, Chorzowska ST. 6 (See on the map),

Language of the proceedings

 

• Will the Congress' sessions be translated?

All sessions that are part of the Congress will be translated simultaneously into Polish, English and Russian.

 

 

Registration

 

• How can I register myself for the Congress?

The registration for the ECSME should be made using the form available online at  www.rejestracja.kongresmsp.eu. Registration for the Congress is free of charge.

 

• I already registered for the Congress last year, do I need a new account?

The registration for each edition of the Congress requires a new account. The Organisers do not store user data in registration system.

 

• How can I register individual people on a group account?

After you log into a previously created group account, select PARTICIPANTS from the menu. By clicking "add new participant" you will then be able to register everyone individually.

 

• How can I check which sessions I am registered for?

You can check the sessions you are registered for once you log into your account. Signing up for a specific session means you are able to attend it. You can change the list of selected panels at any time by clicking "edit".  

 

• I have encountered a problem with the registration, I would like to ask a question – who should I contact?

Identity cards

• Where and when will the identity cards be distributed?

The identity cards will be distributed during the registration at the event.

The entrance to the Krystyna Bochenek Culture Centre in Katowice on the 22 of September will be open from 10.00 a.m. The participants should collect their IDs not later than 30 minutes before the planned start of the Inaugural Session. On September 23-24, the IDs will be available at the Conference Center from 8.00 a.m.
