Issues:

Business it’s not all about money. European Union allocates around ¼ funds for social purposes. Even though, the amount of population endangered with poverty makes up to 1/4 . This is why in February 2013 European Commission called for modernization of social services’ systems and better disbursement of funds.

Women’s Entrepreneurship – 5 Pillars of Growth. The development of entrepreneurship lays on five pillars.
1. Politics
The development of women’s entrepreneurship in European Union and Poland needs the support of politicians: caring state, oriented toward people with initiative, legible and consistent law, simple tax system, clerks willing to help. It is necessary to create an environment where entrepreneurs can prosper and expand their companies.
2. Education
It is necessary to support entrepreneurship education: easier access to practical knowledge, flexible training systems, accelerating entrepreneur’s personal development, development of skills and competition and underscoring the experience. Entrepreneur’s profession as his career path.
3. Innovations
A backup is necessary when innovations in terms of local and international competitiveness are concerned: exchange of good practices and developing new solutions as well as discussing technological and organizational innovations.
4. Cooperation – Networking
Developing women’s entrepreneurship needs the cooperation of entrepreneurial women in local and international organizations.
5. Access to financing
The backup in terms of easier access to financing economical enterprising is necessary, for no company can work, invest and developing without adequate financing and financial liquidity.

Issues:
Constantly changing technological and social environment causes employers to make greater demands on their current, but also future employees. This concerns especially graduates, who in our reality are not able to respond to the employer’s needs and often stay unemployed. Therefore, we are facing the need of revising the training process and finding ways to increase its effectiveness. A good example is the dual system, which successfully works in some of Western European countries, like, for 50 years, in Germany. During the discussion, experts would be considering what actions should be taken for the Polish education system to stop creating unemployment and start preparing employers to satisfy needs of dynamic economy. Recommendations worked out during the round table would have specific recipients, on which depends effective development and implementation of the necessary changes in social mentality and the entire education system. Therefore, we invite to participate people responsible for the department of education at various levels of management, representatives of economy, domestic and foreign guests, who can be examples of good practices.
